Intermediary organizations must go beyond their own organizational boundaries to build successful career pathways. However, creating a coherent framework for multiple groups to work together can be challenging. Using a developmental lens, this presentation highlights five things that youth, employers, and educators need to know to successfully function within and beyond their organizational or cultural borders. Diversity and the changing nature of work are central themes of this interactive session.
